Dearly loved Father to Sammy and Vicky, Father-in-Law to Jack and friend to many.
Funeral service to take place at Rochdale Crematorium on Monday 1st July at 2:00pm.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be made to Dorothy House Hospice.
Sporting attire to be worn if you wish or colourful clothes, please.
